Residents Assoc

The community of West Springs /Cougar encompasses the following sub-divisions. Each of these sub-divisions, as required by the City of Calgary, has its own Residents' or Homeowners' Assocation.

The WSCR Community Association and each Residents'/Homeowners' Association work in parallel to serve the needs of the community. While both types of Associations serve different purposes, they both play an important role in maintaining the standard of living in the area.

WSCR Community Association	Residents'/Homeowners' Association
Represents all sub-divisions from Cougar Ridge to Bow Trail, 101st Street to Coach Hill Represents the entire community in discussions with The City of Calgary, land developers, schools, and other organizations Organizes recreational & informative programs for community members Organizes community-wide social events Membership is voluntary	Maintains the landscaping & other amenities in the various public green spaces for a specific sub-division Annual fees are mandatory and listed on each home's title, so fees must be paid in full prior to the sale of a home
